Caught in boxes of 20 kilos manual shelling grain by grain, pre-fermentation at low temperature and processing in concrete tank.

Tasting:
Violaceous red color, on the nose it extraordinarily enhances the aromas of fresh red and purple forest fruits. The palate is a fine wine, fleshy and very fresh. It is the pure expression of the fine wine of the lung of La Rioja, the variety speaks, the fruit speaks. It is a natural and alive wine, without complexes.
