All of our vinyards are in Cenicero, in the HighRioja´s heart. The most important and traditional place here in Rioja for the good wines.
The harvest is an special moment we are waiting all the year to pick the grapes, every year we feel excited with the harvest and we would like to invite you come here to enjoy it with us.
We pick up the grapes in small boxes no more than 19 kg to don,t crash the grapes. In one hour the grapes are into the winery ready to start the elaboration.
Elaboration Perfect mix between Innovation and tradition
During the last years we´ve made 11 different projects of investigation, in this moment we make the wines with the experience of this projects and the total respect for the vineyards, for the grapes, for the field, respect for all our ancestors.
We make a cold prefermentation and make de elaboration in concrete tanks to extract all the fruit of the grapes.
We make the fermentation very slowly.
Wine aging and racking process
At the end of fermentation we move the wines into new French barrels. We have 160 barrels in this moment to obtain all the different flavors and aroms.
We make the racking process moving the wines barrel to barrel two times per year, in this way the wine can breathe, can say to us many things to have the final decision of the coupage for the different kind of wines in the vinery.
Of intense aspect, clean, calm and leisurely. With a garnet color propped in brown tones.
In visual phase, pale yellow tones with some glyceric reflections, good brightness, bouncy.
